Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date or product dispatch.
- Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance — 100% refund of the rental fee.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours — 50% refund of the rental fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start date — no refund of the rental fee.
- The refundable security deposit is always refunded in full on cancellation.
Security Deposit Refunds
The refundable security deposit collected at checkout is returned within 1–2 business days after the rented item is received back and inspected.
If the item is returned in its original condition, the full deposit is refunded to the original payment method. Any applicable deductions (damage, loss, late fees) will be clearly itemised before adjustment.
Refunds for Purchased Products
For purchased (non-rental) jewellery, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a clear unboxing video.
Customised, personalised, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping fees, payment-gateway charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
