We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Local pickup is also available from our store location.
Delivery Timelines
- Local (within Andhra Pradesh): 1–2 business days.
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days.
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days.
Rental items are dispatched so they arrive 1 day before the event date. Please book at least 4–5 days in advance for outstation deliveries.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the value of the order. Orders above ₹5,000 are eligible for free shipping within India.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS / email with the courier name and tracking ID. You can also view live order status from your My Orders page.
Return Pickup (Rentals)
For rental orders, a reverse pickup is scheduled on the agreed return date. Please keep the original packaging, jewellery boxes and accessories ready for the courier partner.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode, you may self-ship the item using a reliable courier. Self-shipping charges are reimbursed up to ₹200 against a valid receipt.
Failed Delivery / Non-Receipt
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refused acceptance, additional shipping charges may apply for reattempts. Repeated failed attempts may lead to order cancellation as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Damage in Transit
Every shipment is securely packed and sealed. Please record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video to be eligible for replacement.
